Guidance Training Plan
Long term personal training isn't for everyone, as some people may just need or want a little guidance on how to train with an exercise routine that they can follow by themselves. Your plan will include a consultation plus one personal training session. During your consultation, I will gather as much information needed to plan and design you an exercise routine. Then on your personal training session, I will go through the routine with you and explain how to perform the exercises effectively and safely. Offering helpful tips to help maximize your results. Follow up personal training and plan redesign can be offered if needed.
