Initial Consultation:
Free 30 minute, no pressure consultaion.
Lifestyle Conditioning & Wellness:
20-30 minute sessions for just £20 per session.
1-2-1 Personal Training:
One session per week - £43 per session.
Two or more sessions per week - £41 per session.
(4 week block bookings only. Payment in advance)
Guidance Training Plan:
Includes initial consultation plus one personal training session - £53.
Additional personal training and plan redesign can be offered (if required) at £43 per session.
Small Group Training:
A maximum of 4 members. - £35 per person, per session.
(4 week block bookings only. Payment in advance)
How many personal training session are recommended?
Generally two sessions per week are recommended as this creates momentum to help you make great progress. This will also produce better results and contribute to increased motivation. To achieve even better results, adding a third or fourth workout to your weekly training plan can make a big difference.
